Learn about locally grown food, sustainable farming, and how the way we eat impacts our environment, with Edwin Yowell of Slow Food and Capital District farmers. Presented in conjunction with Paula Hayes: Understory, and co-sponsored by the Environmental Studies program and the Skidmore Garden. Followed by a work party in the Skidmore Garden at 3:00 pm.
