The Curatorial Assistant assists with research and administrative tasks for exhibitions and their accompanying publications, and helps facilitate access to the museum collection.
Molly Channon joined the Tang in August 2017 as the Curatorial Assistant after having recently received her master’s in religion and the arts with a concentration in visual studies and material culture from Yale University. From 2016-2017, she was a Blanksteen Curatorial Fellow at the Jewish Museum in New York and the Joseph Slifka Center for Jewish Life at Yale. She has developed and supported education initiatives and exhibitions at several art museums, including the Currier Museum of Art, the Rose Art Museum at Brandeis University, the Hood Museum of Art at Dartmouth College, and the Yale Center for British Art. She received her bachelor’s in Art History and Philosophy from Brandeis University.
