Olivia Cammisa-Frost joined the Tang Teaching Museum in April 2019 as the Special Events and Publications Manager. She serves as the contact for the museum’s special events and oversees the museum’s gallery monitors, visitor services, as well as the promotion and distribution of the museum’s catalogues.
Cammisa-Frost earned a master’s degree in Art History with an advanced graduate certificate in Museum Studies from the University of Buffalo. Prior to joining the Tang, she worked in the Advancement Department at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery, where she assisted with planning and executing the museum’s major fundraisers, ran the facility rental program, and served on a number of interdepartmental committees. In her most recent position at Preservation Buffalo Niagara, a nonprofit advocacy organization dedicated to the preservation of Western New York’s historic fabric, Cammisa-Frost managed the membership program, the Hard Hat Tour series, the docent program, and other PBN events.
