Location: Tang Rooftop
Free and open to the public
Join us for a performance by Red Haired Strangers on the rooftop of the Tang. Founding members Ryan Dunham and John Rice have been playing music together for over twenty years, creating the Red Haired Strangers’ unique sound from country, blues, and bluegrass influences. What was once a harmonica duo now features fiddle, drums, bass, dobro, and pedal steel guitar.
For its 19th season, the Upbeat on the Roof summer series highlights regional musical talent every Thursday, July 11 through August 22 from 7:00-8:00 pm.
Performances are free and open to the public. The rooftop is accessible via the museum elevator or outdoor staircases. In the case of inclement weather the series is held inside the museum.
