Join us on Wednesday, November 6, at 6:00 PM for a screening of classic experimental animated short films and videos. Whole Grain: Classic Avant-Garde Animation presents a series of pioneering works making use of various animation styles, including puppetry, pinscreen animation, and strata-cut claymation. This screening is held in conjunction with the Schick Art Gallery’s exhibition Motion Studies, which is on view from October 24 – November 24, 2019.

The Tang Teaching Museum’s series Whole Grain explores classic and contemporary work in experimental film and video.
Whole Grain is programmed by Assistant Director for Engagement Tom Yoshikami. All events are free and open to the public.
