Albany-based soul rock singer-songwriter Bryan Thomas “writes smart, and he writes from the heart, balancing intellect, passion and politics.” Thomas previously performed during the 2012 UpBeat season.

Celebrating its 15th season, the UpBeat on the Roof summer series highlights regional musical talent in an array of styles.

UpBeat on the Roof is free and open to the public. The rooftop is accessible via the museum elevator or outdoor staircases. In the case of inclement weather the series is held inside the museum.
