Skidmore students, join the Tang and Skidmore’s Environmental Action Club on Friday, April 23, at 5PM, on Zoom for a discussion about food security and justice in relation to Food Futures: Food Justice, Sustainability, and Well-Being, a chapter from the recent Tang publication Culture as a Catalyst.

This event begins with presentations from Skidmore students on their work in relation to food justice, security, and environmental justice; and will be followed by a discussion of the reading and different approaches to tackling food justice and security issues.
