Join us Thursday, November 20, at 5 pm, for a performance by the Ellen Sinopoli Dance Company (ESDC) as part of their Putting Out The Welcome Mat Series, which celebrates 35 years of the ESDC with 35 free performances at sites throughout the Capital Region.

For this special anniversary series, ESDC invites audiences to experience dance up close, as the company performs on a large mat of interlocking squares featuring selections from its repertoire of more than 90 dances, along with new works created just for the occasion.

Based in New York’s Capital Region and the resident company at The Egg in Albany, the Ellen Sinopoli Dance Company is known for its inventive, collaborative approach to modern dance. For more than three decades, the company has created and performed original works that connect movement with music, visual art, and community spaces.

This performance is free and open to the public.
