Join us Sunday, April 12, at 2:30 pm and again at 4 pm, for a short dance performance. An Inner Place explores how bodies inhabit and negotiate space, drawing inspiration from Gaston Bachelard’s reflections on corners as places of stillness, retreat, and quiet tension. Focusing on the emotional and architectural resonance of these overlooked spaces, the piece creates an immersive, perceptual environment where movement reveals inner landscapes.

The 20-minute work is choreographed by Sophia Hancock ’26 in collaboration with and performed by Matia Adora ’27, Zivitte Bergman-Igra ’28, Nika Dolynuk ’26, Ella Donnis ’28, Emi Helgeson ’29, Hannah Schlosberg ’26, and Olivia Segel ’27.
