The Saratoga Springs Charter Review Commission holds a public hearing in the Tang’s exhibition A More Perfect Union. The Charter Review Commission reviews and proposes revisions or amendments to the current city charter, a document that defines the organization, powers, functions, and essential procedures of the city government. This event was originally scheduled for Tuesday, October 11.
