Join us for SoundMind on Thursday, March 9, 5:00 – 7:00 pm.
SoundMind is a workshop that combines meditation, sensory awareness, and aesthetic activation of the breath, body, and voice. Alone, in pairs, and as a group, participants will explore resonance and vibration through touching, listening, and collaborative creation. This workshop series is developed and led by Skidmore Professor Adam Tinkle.
This event is free and open to the public.
