SoundMind is a workshop that combines meditation, sensory awareness, and aesthetic activation of the breath, body, and voice. Alone, in pairs, and as a group, participants will explore resonance and vibration through touching, listening, and collaborative creation. Developed and led by Skidmore Professor Adam Tinkle, SoundMind is open to all, and will take place on the second Thursday of each month during the spring 2018 semester in the artist-designed installation on the mezzanine Tel_.
