The Tang has offered public dialogues since 2000, pairing artists with Skidmore College faculty and scholars in a wide variety of fields. The conversation format is often a catalyst for new connections and understandings across disciplines, and can spark new ideas for all participants. The series was named Dunkerley Dialogues in October 2005 and continues to be named as such to honor the generous support of Michele Dunkerley, Skidmore College ’80.
