Elaine Mayes on Asking Questions Through Photography

On March 9, 2016, Skidmore students Isabel Goldstein ’17 and Bailey Threatt ’16 interviewed photographer Elaine Mayes about her work from the Tang collection in the exhibition Borrowed Light: Selections from the Jack Shear Collection.

The conversation was part of a series of interviews with artists in Borrowed Light: Selections from the Jack Shear Collection, conducted by Skidmore students in the Art History course “The Artist Interview,” led by Dayton Director Ian Berry.
