Tang Museum Student Interview: Celia Caldas ‘14
Celia Caldas, Skidmore College Class of 2014, was the 2013-14 Eleanor Linder Winter ‘43 Intern, a yearlong paid internship. As the Winter Intern, Caldas had the opportunity to define her internship by selecting the museum departments in which she wanted to work. An art history major, Caldas spent the fall of 2013 working with the Museum Educator for College and Public Programs; in spring 2014, she worked with the Tang’s Dayton Director Ian Berry on a course in which students learned how to interview artists and then interviewed them; in summer 2014, Caldas curated an exhibition of work from the Tang Teaching Museum’s collection called Masked.
