This exhibition celebrates the fifteenth anniversary of the Meredith S. Moody Residency at Yaddo, a renowned artists’ community in Saratoga Springs. Founded in 1900, Yaddo has supported the work of countless artists over the last century, including Truman Capote, Jacob Lawrence, Philip Guston, Langston Hughes, Leonard Bernstein, Milton Avery, and Sylvia Plath. The program offers residencies lasting from two weeks to two months that include room, board, and studio space for artists working in choreography, film, literature, musical composition, and visual art.
In 1997, Yaddo began the Meredith S. Moody Residency, which supports one female photographer each year.
